Our software was conceived and developed in-house and integrated with our phone system, databases and internal computer network.
Questionnaires are programmed (no paper and pencil here!) and the system selects, monitors and implements respondent contact. We
are able to complete even the most challenging projects in an efficient and timely manner while still ensuring project success.
We are a leader in online research for both project recruitment and quantitative data collection. Also developed
in-house, our online capabilities are attuned precisely to your specific project.
A wide variety of contact methods including phone calls, voicemails, e-mails and online questionnaires
are used to reach your chosen sample. We initially reach out to potential respondents at their
convenience but we insist on a full verbal screening with a PMR interviewer prior to final recruitment.

We offer a comprehensive medical
database.PMR maintains a proprietary medical database that is routinely updated/edited and semi-annually matched against state medical board records. Our medical database includes full professional history, interviewing history and professional status on
state-licensed physicians in both metro St. Louis and surrounding counties.
We currently have a local medical database consisting of 4,000 physicians and 1,300+ medical professionals. All medical personnel are
categorized into one of 120 specific classifications recognized by Missouri's Department of Health and Services.
We can recruit medical professionals for one-on-one, group, telephone and/or online interviews.
Our interviewers have maintained a solid reputation with the local medical community allowing
uncomplicated access to medical recruits.
The growing St. Louis market and the top-ranked area hospitals make local medical recruiting very feasible. St. Louis is home to two of
the country's most prominent medical universities; Washington University and St. Louis University as well as numerous teaching and
